Categories of Membership
Ordinary Membership: Open to individuals who actively participate in the Club’s activities. Membership only club.
Honorary Membership: Conferred by the Committee on individuals who have rendered exceptional service to the Club.
Admission
Applicants for membership shall complete a simple prescribed form and submitted to the secretary
Termination of Membership
Failure to adhere to the Club’s rules and objectives.
Conduct deemed detrimental to the Club, subject to review by the Executive Committee.
Meetings
The AGM shall be held annually at a time and place determined by the Executive Committee.
The AGM shall include the presentation of annual reports, financial statements, and the election of new Executive Members.
